We strive to ensure every session on AcaHive meets your expectations. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.
If a mentor does not attend a confirmed session without cancelling in advance, you will receive a full refund automatically within 3–5 business days.
If you believe a session did not meet reasonable standards, you may raise a dispute within 48 hours of the session end time by contacting support@acahive.io.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
Monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the billing period, except where required by law.
